Conversation already closed
An action targeted a conversation in a closed state. The state machine forbids further messaging on closed threads without explicit reopen.
Common causes
- Idle auto-close fired between request build and send.
- Manual close by an agent.
- Customer initiated a new thread.
What to do
Reopen the conversation explicitly, or create a new one.
