Google rejected the GEMINI_API_KEY — invalid, revoked, or restricted to a different project.
Common causes
- Key rotated in AI Studio without updating PlatformSystemSettings.
- Project billing not enabled.
- Key restricted to a different referer/IP.
What to do
Update GEMINI_API_KEY via super-admin → System Settings. The key lives in the DB, not env vars.
