Inventory cache miss
The hot-path inventory cache returned no value, forcing a Shopify call. Surfaces only when the call also fails.
Common causes
- Cache key collision after a tenant ID change.
- TTL expired and refresh path failed.
- Newly synced product before cache prewarm.
What to do
No user action — falls back to source-of-truth automatically. If chronic, check Redis health and prewarm logic.

סיבות נפוצות
- התנגשות מפתח מטמון אחרי שינוי tenant ID.
