PayPlus payment failed
PayPlus returned a non-success status for a charge attempt. May be a hard decline or a transient PSP error.
Common causes
- Card declined by Israeli issuer.
- PayPlus PSP outage.
- Mismatch between merchant config and terminal ID.
What to do
Show the customer the failure reason. Retries are only safe when PayPlus marks the response as transient.
