The requested package is not part of the currently offered catalog. Grandfathered tiers (Enterprise) and internal pilot packages stay billable for the tenants already on them, but cannot be newly selected.
Common causes
- A client replayed a package id read from an older response or a cached page.
- A
packagesrow exists in the DB that is absent from the canonical SELLABLE_PLANS array.
What to do
Choose one of the offered plans. To move a tenant onto a closed tier, use the super-admin billing tools — that path is intentionally exempt.
