Push subscription not found
No push subscription row exists for the user/agent at delivery time. The send is dropped silently.
Common causes
- Subscription was removed (Permission revoked in browser).
- User changed device and the new endpoint hasn’t registered yet.
What to do
Informational. UI prompts the user to re-enable notifications next time the dashboard loads.
