SSE stream disconnected

The webchat browser EventSource lost its connection to the backend. The widget reconnects automatically; this error is informational.

Common causes

  • Customer’s network changed (Wi-Fi to LTE).
  • Idle timeout on intermediate proxy (CloudFront / corp firewall).
  • ECS task replaced during a deploy.

What to do

No action; widget reconnects with last-event-id and replays any messages it missed.
