WhatsApp template not found
The named template does not exist for this WABA, or the local DB row is out of sync with Meta.
Common causes
- Template was deleted in WhatsApp Manager but the dashboard still references it.
- Template name typo in an automation rule.
- Template belongs to a different WABA than the one currently configured.
What to do
Run Templates → Sync to refresh the local cache, then verify the template name in your automation.

סיבות נפוצות
- התבנית נמחקה ב־WhatsApp Manager אך הדאשבורד עדיין מפנה אליה.
- שגיאת הקלדה בשם התבנית בכלל אוטומציה.
- התבנית שייכת ל־WABA אחר מזה שמוגדר כעת.
פעולה מומלצת
הריצו Templates → Sync כדי לרענן את המטמון המקומי, ולאחר מכן ודאו את שם התבנית באוטומציה.
