Shopify integration disconnected

No valid Shopify access token is configured for the tenant. All Shopify-dependent features are paused.

Common causes

  • Merchant uninstalled the app from their Shopify admin.
  • Tenant was created without an integration ever being attempted.
  • Token was wiped manually for support/debugging.

What to do

Reinstall via the Sellivo listing in the Shopify App Store, or trigger /app/connect from the embedded app.
