Shopify access token rejected

Shopify returned 401 — the stored access token is invalid, revoked, or scoped incorrectly.

Common causes

  • Merchant uninstalled the app and reinstalled (new token).
  • Token was rotated by Shopify due to a security event.
  • Required scope (e.g. write_orders) was added in code but the merchant has not re-authorised.

What to do

Trigger an OAuth reauth from the Sellivo Shopify embedded app. The new token replaces the broken one in tenants.shopify_access_token.

הפעילו OAuth מחדש דרך אפליקציית Sellivo המוטמעת ב־Shopify. האסימון החדש יחליף את הקודם ב־tenants.shopify_access_token.
