Shopify returnCancel mutation failed after retries

The returnCancel GraphQL mutation in Shopify Admin failed all retry attempts. The Shopify-side return is still open even though Sellivo wanted to cancel it.

Common causes

  • Shopify returned a userErrors[] array we don’t yet handle.
  • Persistent Shopify-side outage during the retry window.

What to do

Cancel the return manually in the Shopify admin and update the Sellivo return status from the dashboard.
