Tenant not found

The tenant referenced (by domain, ID, or webhook header) does not exist or has been disabled.

Common causes

  • Tenant deleted by super-admin.
  • X-Shopify-Shop-Domain header doesn’t map to any tenant.
  • Custom domain not yet activated.

What to do

Verify the tenant exists in super-admin → Tenants. For Shopify, ensure the shop is connected.

  • הדייר נמחק ע"י super-admin.
  • X-Shopify-Shop-Domain לא ממופה לאף דייר.
  • דומיין מותאם אישית עדיין לא פעיל.

פעולה מומלצת

ודאו שהדייר קיים ב־super-admin → Tenants. עבור Shopify — ודאו שהחנות מחוברת.
