WhatsApp template rejected by Meta review

A submitted message template was reviewed by Meta and marked REJECTED. Cannot be used to send messages until it is edited and re-approved.

Common causes

  • Marketing copy that resembles spam (excessive emoji, all-caps).
  • Variables placed outside required brackets, e.g. unmatched {{1}}.
  • Disallowed content category (gambling, regulated goods).

What to do

Edit the template in WhatsApp Manager (or via the dashboard) to address Meta’s rejection reason, then resubmit. The reason text is stored in the template row.

תבנית הודעה שהוגשה נדחתה במהלך הסקירה של Meta. לא ניתן לשלוח באמצעותה עד לעריכה ואישור מחדש.

סיבות נפוצות

  • נוסח שיווקי הדומה ל־spam (אימוג'י מופרז, אותיות גדולות בלבד).
  • משתנים מחוץ לסוגריים הנדרשים, למשל {{1}} ללא תוכן.
  • קטגוריית תוכן אסורה (הימורים, מוצרים מוגבלים).

פעולה מומלצת

ערכו את התבנית ב־WhatsApp Manager (או מהדאשבורד) בהתאם לסיבת הדחייה של Meta, ושלחו שוב. נימוק הדחייה נשמר בשורת התבנית.
