Webchat session not found
The session ID presented by the widget does not exist or has expired. Widget treats this as a hard reset and creates a new session.
Common causes
- Session TTL expired (default 30 days).
- Tenant migrated and old sessions purged.
- Stale session in localStorage from another tenant’s widget.
What to do
Widget resets and starts a new session — no merchant action needed.
